Did anyone start their journey weighing over 400lbs?

Or with an otherwise really high BMI?

I'd love to hear your story...either here or in a PM.

Pretty close, 381. It's hard when you have to lose more weight than some peoples beginning weight at the time of their surgery. But, I really try not to get stuck in that mindset and take joy in the fact that I'm 70 lbs down! 56 lbs pre-surgery and 14 post. My surgery was 4 weeks ago today. Blessings
