I had a large revision of 27 year old vertical banded gastrplasty on 9-18-2014. I was sleeved that day. I am now 12 days out. I AM SO WEAK. The pain is less every day. I am just so worried about being so weak. I know that I need 64 grams of protein, but when I take a sip of my protein drink I feel so full. I am walking but I can hardly walk half a block without feeling like I am going to faint. Showering and just mixing my protein shake leaves me exhausted. I have lost 22 and half lbs. Does anyone else feel like this? Anyone know when I will start to feel better?
