  6. Hi all. I was sleeved September 18, 2014. The day of surgery I weighed 363 lbs. Today I weigh 315 lbs. I can't wait to get out of the 300s. I finally found a protein drink that I really like. It is called Isopure. 20 oz bottle is 40 grams of protein. The orange and raspberry are good. I still can't eat many foods. I am just going to keep up with vitamin & minerals supplements, fluids and protein and see how it goes.

  9. Today I was not able to keep my protein shake down. I tried 2 different one. I already am so fatigue. I did have cottage cheese and a teaspoon of fish. I am in week 5 and this is the first time this happened
  10. I started this forum because I just wanted to know if other people weighed over 300 lbs. That's all. It doesn't matter how much a person needs to loose. I was just looking to chat with people who have similar weight to mine, that's all.
  11. I was sleeved on 9-18-14. I am down 44.5 1bs. Weight on day of surgery 363 lbs. I am still so very fatigue. I am so happy about the weight loss. But I wish I felt better
  12. My surgeon has not released me to start exercising, I am just walking in the house.
  13. Sleeved on September 18th, 2o14. Down 37 lbs! Still no energy, very fatigue. I am getting my protein in.
  14. Wow, that's great! How long did it take you to get there?
  15. Hi anybody out there start this journey over 300 lbs? I see post from people in the 200 lb range but none from 300 lbs. On the day I was sleeved, I weighted 363 lbs now I am 4 weeks out and weight 327. How long did it take to get out of the 300s?
  16. Sleeved on 9-18-14. I am still so very tired. I have a very bad taste in my mouth no matter how many times I brush my teeth. I know when burning fat you can taste ketones but this is vile. I am drinking 80 grams of protein/day ago 70 oz water. I was told not to worry about trying to eat food now just get the protein and water in. I have lost 35 lbs. Any suggestions for the bad taste in my mouth?
  17. Thank you. I have such a fear of failure. I started this journey at 363 lbs. My first goal is to get out of the 300s.
  18. I am 16 days post op. I had lost 29 lbs in 2 weeks. Now I gained 3 lbs! WTH! I don't understand? I am doing what I am supposed to. Is this normal? I am still on pureed foods. I added 1 tablespoon of pureed chicken breast instead of a protein shake to fight the fatigue. Could that have done it?
  19. Sleeved on 9-18-14. I have lost 30 lbs and Thursday 10-2-14 was the first day I didn't have to go back to bed all day. I think it is because I had 2 tablespoons of pureed chicken. I boiled a fresh peach, added chicken then put it in the food processor. It was delicious.
  20. No one EVER told me how weak I was going to be. My anxiety has hit the roof. But, alas, it's coming down. I will be glad to get my strength back
  21. Feeling better today. I had a tablespoon of pureed tuna and FF mayonnaise last evening and for breakfast. I am starting to not feel as faint and weak as I had been. Every step still is tiring.
