You'll get back to normal, give yourself time. Are you getting plenty of protein?

Trying it's hard to. Get all that protein what's a good protein drink. My doc said just get carnation instant breakfast ?? So many out there

Don't worry, I was "out of sorts" for months, you could even say the first year before everything became normal, the NEW normal that is....

Hi there, when was your surgery? Sending congratulations and best wishes......it will all balance out again and you will be soaring, but it can take a little time to find your new groove. Don't forget to pat yourself on the back for everything you've done.

Same date here. Aug 13. Starting real foods so starting to feel good. Sometimes gassy, I just walk around. Return to work tomorrow, kind of concerned

It's normal to feel that way. Gas-x strips do work but walking helps also. After your body gets used to everything - it will clear up. Good luck :)
