Gas & Bloating :(

I'm 8wks post op. I really couldn't stomach my multivitamins after surgery. Just started them again! Man do I have GAS! It sounds like a thunder storm in my gut! Feel like I'v got to go to the bathroom but when I get there only gas!

Big gas pains! Is anyone else like this? I'm almost want to stop taking the vitamins but I know I need them :(

As uncomfortable as it is, it's completely normal. I really don't think it has anything to do with the Vitamin I think it's still from the surgery. It's all worth it and it does get better. If you find that you're still having this issue maybe try a different vitamin to see if that truly is the culprit! Hang in there!

Same here. My belly sounded like a dinosaur fight for the first three months, and then it mellowed out.

Mine is still sounding like a dinosaur fight 15 months out. Lol

Yeah, I couldn't handle the vitamin's either. Talk to your surgeon about getting on a different brand. The Iron in a certain bariatric brand was just too much for me. I cook in iron pans, so...I think I get a lot from that alone. Gas in the beginning is bad in general, though. And noisy.
