Fill question help
My surgeon tells me it can take 5 days for swelling from a fill to go down...I normally stay on liquids for that time.

Banders Exercise
So I got a new bike and have been riding on the weekends! Got another Zumba class done last night...when you are so focused on the dance moves and getting it right, you forget you are sweating and working out! Woo Hoo!

Anyone losing inches at different rates?
I've been working out...my legs have thinned...my upper torso and arms have thinned...my lower stomach and hips, well...guess they don't feel like going anywhere right now. Lol. Makes clothes shopping kinda frustrating. I'm assuming it will all balance out. It's weird, because as I gained, it was pretty even. I'm getting my winter clothes out today...I have a feeling all my tops will be way too big! Yay! Haha

Anyone losing inches at different rates?
For instance my upper body has lost at a faster rate than my lower...making my clothing sizes not match at all...so I am almost 2 sizes smaller in tops...what the heck? Has this happened to you all too? Feeling kinda lopsided...lol! Happy to be losing, just the same, though! :-)

Have to get a second sleep study?
They have machines they keep at the sleep center to determine your level...you then get a new machine a few days after the prescription for it is made...it will come to you with the levels set, and with the mask sized to what the doc says was best for you during the second study.

Happens to me daily. Cold things really get to me. I guess it is common? I dunno. I see the surgeon on the 15th...I'll inquire about it. It scares me a bit when they start.

How do you feed your soul?
Wow, your post is inspiring! I feel the same way...I was just surviving day to day. I've learned to start scheduling me time. I allow myself to enjoy things I used to years ago. Favorite music, bubble bath with candles, coffee while sitting outside in the morning, getting hair and nails done, yard sales and thrift store shopping... I love finding treasures :-) Baking Cookies with my little girl, dancing/singing like no one is watching, laying down looking at the night sky with the hubby while we laugh and talk, Just living life instead of watching it :-) One key thing I have found to help is getting up early, and keeping the TV off.

Monthly visitor and the band
Okay ladies...my band gets so tight during "that time of month"....I know some of you have had this issue...any pointers on getting through it? I feel like there must be something I could do to reduce the bloat...thus reducing tightness. I'm drinking Water...that's all I know to do.

Gas & Bloating :(
Yeah, I couldn't handle the vitamin's either. Talk to your surgeon about getting on a different brand. The Iron in a certain bariatric brand was just too much for me. I cook in iron pans, so...I think I get a lot from that alone. Gas in the beginning is bad in general, though. And noisy.
