As of Today I've lost 100LBS since RNY May 12th

  • Popular Post

Today is a great day! Today I hit the 100lbs mark. I had my RNY on May 12th and as of my weight in today I've lost 100LBS. That is just over 3 months time. I'm doing great and eating healthy every day. I'm at around 700 calories per day and walk 2 miles every morning 5 days a week. I've just started to tone and lift light weights at the gym. I feel great and can't believe that i fit into an x-large shirt now..I was 3/4XL before.

THis is the best decision I've made and have 0 regrets. I feel great and have so much more energy.

That's incredible! Your results are obviously exceptional! I can't hope to match that kind of progress when I get my surgery! I wish you continued success on your weight loss journey!

Wow that's wonderful. I had my surgery may 12th too. I've lost 70 pounds so far but still haven't started exercising. I was in the hospital almost a month tho and had a lot of complications.
