Best multivitamin for early post op

I need to buy my multi vitamins to bring with me to the hospital as my NuT said I will be taking one right after surgery! I would prefer a chewable to be on the safe side, but also need all the important things that must be in it!

    Doug, you have done an amazing job with your weight loss, did it get easiers as you went on? I'm getting mine in a month and am starting to panic.

    I used flintstone with iron right out of the hospital.

    I don't think they sell it in any stores that I know of, it's an online store , but I got mine on amazon for 22.98

    No, not that I've seen anywhere I ordered then from Bariatric Advantage online $20 around that with shipping
