    Ok so I know everyone's weight loss is different , especially depending on the persons stats! I've lost 90lbs , surgery date was on September 3, 2014! I am so happy with my results so far! 28 lbs till ONEderland!

    Hey all, so I'm four months out and doing great! But these crazy temperatures here in Boston have got the best of me! Congested , bad cough ect. I haven't taken any over the counter meds since surgery, I kno we can't have NSAIDs , but is that all? Can I take day quill, muxinex??? Any help will be much appreciated! Sleeve on all!

    Hey all! So for the last 3 weeks I have been at the same weight! I only weigh once a week, I'm not a scale freak! But I've switched up my diet a little bit, more water , more protein, diff proteins, my sugars are barly any and my carbs are never higher than 10-20 and I never eat bad carbs , bread , white flour ! What's the problem Ahhh! I'm 12 weeks out!

    Hey all, I was sleeved 9/3/14 , the first night was bad bad bad had the worst nausea and dry heaving. It was so aweful , I was throwing up little bloody pieces( dr said that is normal) after they finally got my Nausa under control , and I got some sleep it was ok! Second night much better ! Discharged on day 3! 2 weeks post op today and hoping to have something puréed!!!

    11 days out and whenever I swallow I get this sharp tight pain in my chest almost like when u drink very strong carbonation , it only lasts a few seconds , but very painful! Anyone else experience this?
