Really proud of myself

I started my journey weighing 297.8 lbs (10/16/13).

I lost 13.2 lbs during the pre op diet.

Today, after eating / drinking, I got on the scale. I was amazed to see how much I weighed, even though I've ate today.

198.0!!!!!!

I'm not finished with my journey, but I'm feeling so much better about myself.
My energy levels, health levels, etc are all so much better!!!

I feel so proud of myself, for learning how to take care of myself, thanks to this weight loss tool && all the doctors and nurses that have been on my surgery case.

It's not even been a year, yet I've lost 100 lbs (after losing that 0.2 lbs).

With how rough everything else in my life has been, it was so nice to see that number.

I cried && I also took a picture.
