Congrats on your surgery date. Just waiting for mine. I know how you feel. I'm so ready for this and start new chapter in my life. All insurance needs is my weight for 2012 like really ugh. I did the 6 month weight loss and got shots for my back so now I can exercise. Yeah. I'm just ready for this change too.

I'm hoping everyone who is scheduled for August 1st is on their way to a healthier, happier lifestyle!

I have 2lbs left to lose before I get pre op and surgery date. But it will likely be in August! good luck everyone!!

Ummm...yah sure. On day five of Optifast here. Co worker brought in a huge chocolate cake to celebrate something and I just groaned in agony.

Yes...it does get better, but not by much.

Hi guys who can tell me where to get liquid Tylenol for pain for adults. Can't seem to find it anywhere.

It is indeed hard if not impossible. Best bet is to get children's liquid (or chewable tabs) and consult with the pharmacist on upping the dose.

You can also apparently get it on Amazon.

August 13th , right around the corner...

My VSG is scheduled for August 5th. Feeling a bit nervous, and to tell you the truth... Emotional! Emotional because I haven't told my daughter yet. Trying to think of the positives, while the negatives play a significant role. Sorry for the story... First post on this site... Love it so far!!!
