I don't know about many of you out there but I have not considered myself "beautiful" in a long time. But today I was at work riding in the back of a Constable's car (police car). I was not in trouble or anything like that
, but for anyone who knows better, the back door only opens from the outside. Well the constable forgot to let me out at my office and I made a joke saying I would ride with him all day if he wanted me to. He apologized as he got out then opened my door for me and he resonded saying " I'm sorry, it's not every day I have a beautiful lady in the car" 
If I never thought I have lost much weight or walked more proudly or had a little more self confidence in my eyes.... it hit me straight in the heart today... and I felt beautiful too....
Not that weight measures beauty by far.... but for me, to hear that... feels amazing!
I hope you all feel as beautiful as I do...because you most certainly are!
