I have added everyone to the page. If I have missed anyone - try this link :)https://www.facebook.com/groups/June2014WLS/

Hello =) That is very sweet of you to make this page! Are you planning on making it a secret page by any chance? Only a hand full of people even knows I gained all my weight back from my year of doing the hCG diet on and off. (I got ridiculed enough for doing that diet.) I haven't posted a picture of myself in over a year! It's just with all the problems and weeks of hospitalization due to my sleeve, I don't think I have it in me at this point to defend what I've done to myself. If you do make it secret I'd love to join!! I need all the support I can get going through this hell.

Krystal-I sent a request to join (from Dale Evans). Thanks for setting this up!

The group would need to be secret, not closed, for it to be hidden.

The group is set to closed so people can find it but requests need to be approved. Closed means the posts will only appear on members news feeds. Thanks Krystal

Hi all, my surgery was June 16. I also had my gall bladder removed at same time. Not one bit of pain since I got out of hospital. Most things sitting well, but I'm CRAVING a salad like nobody's business! Good luck to all! Thanks for the posts, very helpful.

I didn't make my goal of 219. I gained 1.5 lbs. I had not taken my diuretic for my blood pressure and I had not been drinking enough H20. So.... I'm depressed... I can only blame myself! I am starting to work out tomorrow. I plan to walk 2.2 miles a day and use my resistance band to improve my upper body strength and dust off my ab lounger. I've was in Vegas for the 4th and I ate 1 fried chicken strip and a few bites of macaroni and cheese...I am really angry and feel like I've failed...

June 20th, 2014, doing great so far, had a little setback on Saturday, blood pressure got so low, I almost passed out, I was just starting on Cottage cheese, so I ate my half cup of that, and drank a V8 juice, brought it up some, but felt lousy the rest of the day. so after I started eating food, I have put on 1 lb.

Don't worry that is normal.. You will lose all that extra weight in a day or 2 max.. Believe me the more i ate the more weight i lost, and stalls are 100% normal especially starting week 5 .. Try to eat 5 meals a day.. I know its not easy, but try.. BUT, always keep in mind, low calorie, low fat and low sugar food....

Good luck

Hello, I'm June 18.

I'm doing pretty well, I think, but I'd sure like to be able to get that 64oz. down. I've tried plain Water, Kool-Aid, Gatorade. Anybody have some suggestions? This is when I miss my carbonated friends. Well, let me just say it, I also miss my alcohol friends. I'd give a lot for....you know....fill in the blank.

I'm down 25#. Maybe not the fastest loser out there, but I'm absolutely delighted. Maybe struggling a teeny, tiny bit with humility these days. I'm so doggone proud of myself for having done this!

I haven't told anyone but my husband and best friend. They keep secrets. I didn't tell anyone else because no one else needs to know. AND...it's kinda tough to put the toothpaste back in the tube.

Good luck, everyone!!!

Have you tried Nature's Twist? The sugar free orangade is awesome. It's in the soda eisle but is caffeine free and non carbonated. I love it!

I had my surgery on June 24th. It was originally scheduled for July 8th but, it got moved up 2 weeks early!! I've lost 20lbs as of July 8th and I feel great. I don't weigh myself so I won't be obsessed with the pounds. Hopefully, I've lost more. I begin regular foods next week so that's exciting. Once I begin working out I want, I know the pounds will just melt off.

Good luck to everyone!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
