Something different

I wanted something different for dinner tonight and came across this meatloaf recipe. I want to share with all that's looking for something different...instead of crackers/bread crumbs, I ground up some oatmeal.

ricotta and spinach come in handy a LOT... I use them with some italian spices and roll it up in a chicken breast and bake off... my husband likes to put some tomato sauce on top :)
