Same here, it's been a month since I have really lost any weight. I know inches are dropping but the pounds are staying at the same really. I'm so happy to know I'm not by myself, this must be one of the stages you go through while losing weight.

This is happening to me as well I can't stay out of 170. One day I'm 168 and they I'm back to 170. I think my body is comfortable with that number.

See how great this surgery is already. You are already losing dead weight and you haven't gone into the surgery room. She was never a real friend, a friend is there with you no matter what you are going to do. Hopefully she will come to her senses if she wants that title of a friend. If not move on, get over it and focus on becoming a better, healthier, happier person.

The sad thing is when I was my heaviest I was too uncomfortable to take pictures. I have very few photos of me and my kids together. I feel like my weight loss is going slow. Sounds like your potassium maybe low and your electrolytes could be low. Start drinking gatorade, plenty of water and eat bananas. You may still want to check with your doctor also. Good luck

There is a new Krispy Kream Doughnuts in my area. The hot light was on and cars lined up from the streets with police patrol. I just drove on by without succumbing to that temptation. Note to self, new route home.

I love your username so I have been reading all your post and came across this recipe. I made this dish for breakfast this morning and my entire family loved it. I'm almost four months p.o but I'm doing this dish all the time....so GOOD.

This is horrible, I to have a friend who has lost tons of weight and sent me a post on fb on how they have lost 100s of pounds on the coffee bean...Really. When I finally decided to have wls I told them that I chose to do something else. Most of the weight loss commercials are scams and it's wrong to take ppl money this way. People need to just tell the truth, it may help thousands of ppl that just didn't know about wls.

I can not wait to hear the outcome from next week. Hope you start feeling better real soon...I'm almost afraid of taking antibiotics now.
