I am from Melbourne and am starting a support group.

Sometimes you can feel alone not knowing many or any other people that have had weight loss surgery, and there are always so many questions that we have and support that we need.

Sometimes it helps just to talk to someone that can relate to you

Oops hit send a bit too early lol. Is the brand name frackers? I might have to see who stocks here in Aus. They sound like they could be a goer. Make sure you rest up on weekend and don't over do it because you could make it worse!

Im staying away from you two. They say things come in threes lol. Hope you both are on the mend soon. Dont get me wrong I'm grateful for the 30+kgs I have lost but I know there's room for more. Just have to dicipline my ill disciplined self.

I feel amazing, I'm enjoying life more, I have more confidence etc. I saw my surgeon today he's very pleased with me, I go back in feb and he will do a referral to the plastics guy then. He wants me to lose another 10kg which I said I can do! I've lost 53kg so far

Wow that's so amazing we'll done 53kga is awesome have you got a goal weight in mind I do those last kilos are proving a challenge for me haha

Well I have reached my goal weight that I had always hoped and dreamed but I definately want to lose another 10 now, maybe 15?

Wow congratulations so pleased for you

I've lost 39kgs and have 4kgs to go I reached my goal then dropped my goal another 5kgs so Ill sit at 70kgs at my new goal when I get their. I'm good not drinking much Water hate it eating a few more carbs need to stop don't wait before eating after drinking all the time but I don't drink after eating I always wait other than that I can eat anything breads not good feels heavy and I need to remain low carb anyway I'm so happy with the new thin me!!!!

That's awesome! I'll never be super skinny but aiming for size 14 up top and 16 down below. I see my surgeon end of February and if I'm still doing well he's going to refer me to a plastic surgeon woohoo!

Don't get me wrong I'm not skinny I feel a lot smaller but I will never be super skinny either but I'm happy with that

I won't need any plastics I had a tummy tuck years ago so have never had a big tummy even at my largest.

Ah I'm gonna need the works but as my surgeon said, no matter how much effort I could put in at the gym the reality is I'll be at least 60kg down by the time I have surgery & there will be excess skin as a result of such huge weight loss
