suggestions for gummy Multi Vitamin with lots of Iron?

So, I am having trouble finding a Vitamin that has the amount of Iron my NUT wants (I think she wanted me to have like 18mg a day?). Also, a gummy Calcium with magnesium and D, the chewable tablet I got now makes me sick I can't stand the texture or flavor anymore. Thanks.

Iron is the trickiest Vitamin of all! Calcium destroys it, Vitamin C helps it absorb. I would never take iron pil with anything else other than vitamin C and never in a Multivitamin. Also, avoid any prescription medication 3 hours before and after taking iron supplement, because they don't 'get along'.

I believe mine is women's one a day multi Vitamin. I don't have it in front of me so I'm not sure of the values. I also take calcium gummies + D. I think tey Caltrate Gummies

I agree the chewables do get old fast. I'm ready to just crush my old pills and swallow.

Well my daughter is pregnant (#2) and she just suggested to me yesterday, "mom, why don't you buy the pre-natal gummy vitamins in Target, cause they are loaded" So think that's my plan. Hope it works for you!

Pre-natels are the best that's what I use for that very reason it has everything you'll need

gummies arent very good Vitamins. they dont usually have a lot of anything in them. i don't think they usually put Iron in them either.

liquid multies are a much better choice. i love the one i use and my blood work is always good. (though i do take an additional Vitamin D supplement cause i live in the cold dark north)

Pre-natal here too...they are Great and I added the Fiber gummies that go along with them.
