You're welcome. Also bariatricfoodie.com has great ideas for when you are back to eating real food. Just tweak it to make them work for you.

I actually have a little list. Comfy pajama pants for walking in the halls, comfy slip on shoes, change clothes for home and clean undergarments, Chapstick, my c pap, insurance/ID, any necessary feminine pads ( sorry men...lol), iPad/;iPhone & charger and my hairbrush. I understand that I will need a stool softener for home but not taking it to hospital. Any meds they will supply me. If anyone suggestions please let me know.

Sooooo today starts my 2 week liquid ONLY pre-op diet!!! Wish me luck ladies! I love reading everyone's experience.

Good luck bonniebeth001!

So I got the call!!!!!!!! Nurse called said "be at the hospital at 6AM, you'r surgery is at 7:45AM. You're the 1st one!" OMG! S**t just got real!!! I'm having surgery May 19, 2014. WOW. It's like to many feelings at once! Now I'm just doing some house work... Laundry, moving furniture and cleaning out my boys old clothes. Best of luck to everyone on the Journey. :-)
