Try a frozen banana with Peanut Butter in a blender or food processor. Haven't tried it yet but need to.

Open a greek yogurt, stir it well, cover it then freeze it. You can even stir in a few spoons of Protein powder for extra Protein.< /p>

Also Yoplai makes frozen yogurt bars, 80 calories, 4-6 grams of protein, 13 carbs. Not bad for an occasional treat

Bluebell's No Sugar Added ice cream (any flavor) tastes like regular ice cream. I don't know how they do it. No added sugar, no fat, 90 calories and 8 or 9 grams of Protein per serving. The dutch chocolate (tastes like creamy milk chocolate) and the strawberries and cream are to die for!!!!

If ice cream is a treat you just don't want to give up, you can find 100 calorie Klondike bars at most supermarkets. Obviously, they are considerably smaller than regular Klondike bars, but hey, that's the point. A little taste without the worry about over indulging.

Not ice cream but I did keep a recipe a friend posted for these Protein truffles -- haven't tried them yet but YUM -- and since truffles are filed away in the same part of my brain as ice cream, here you go:

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
