Hello fellow sleevers. I am 4 weeks out and did a weight check. I am down to 185.4. That's 30 pounds since surgery!! Yay !!

Wow! That's awesome Sarah!! Were you a revision patient or just regular sleever?

I have not had a full nights sleep since coming home. Today is one month post op. Not sure what's going on because I think the lack of sleep is giving me headaches. Ugh. Hopefully this will pass and we can get a restful nights sleep soon.

Hello to all.....my surgery was the 25th it went great I stayed in the hospital for two nights was released late friday evening...it was not at all as bad as I emagined...I do have a lot of pain and a burning sensation on my left side....but other than that everything has been ok....I'm excited to start pureed foods tomorrow....it is really hard getting n all of this liquid....I will keep trying tho.....I don't have a scale so I have not weighed myself....not in rush to weigh in just yet anyways...I go to my follow up appt next Tuesday and I will let u guys kno how much I have lost then....tootles!!!!!

I had band to sleeve revision surgery last week on the 25th as well. Congratulations relentless302. I quit the liquid hydrocodone last Saturday. I've never liked pain meds. Instead I've been walking like the doctor suggested and I tried somethingon my own not sure if it'll work for you but its helped me tremendously. Ive been using a heating pad with moist heat on my tummy. It has done wonders for the soreness.....

Hi All, I had my sleeve done on 6/30 so barely sliding in the deadline on this group! Surgery went well! Looking forward to keeping up with you all!

Thanks tiffnichole76. I was a regular sleever. I am so glad I made the choice to do this. I feel so much better already. Can't wait until I'm down to my goal weight. I have 45 more pounds to go.

Great job Sarah!!! unbelievable isn't it? I'm down 17lbs in 3 weeks, never lost weight like this. Hope it will continue for a while:)

thank you Jennifer0609. Yes it is unbelievable!! Congrats on your weight loss as well!! Keep it up!! It will definitely continue for a while!! We just have to stick with it no matter how hard it gets!! We are in this together. I love this support group!!

congrats on your surgery. Liquids were not easy to get the amount they wanted for me either. Can't wait to get an update on how you are doing. The burning sensation will go away. Remember to go easy on the puréed foods. Start out very slow. That's the hardest part I've found is remembering that you have a lot smaller stomach now. I also learned that it will let you know when to stop. We are all here for you and each other.

welcome and congrats. Looking forward to hearing your updates and progress. We are all here for each other. This is an awesome group. Glad to have you as part of it.

June 4th sleever here! I'm down 23 pounds. Somehow that doesn't seem to be enough. I'm getting around 600 calories per day or less. Is this good enough??

I am also a June 4th sleeved and am only down 18 pounds. I have been stalled for the last 2 weeks and getting more discouraged every day even though I know that stalls are common. Keep up the good work...23 lbs is great for one month
