i can provide 6 months diet history and 5 yr weight history from my doc.

i got the 5 yr weight history from my doctor... but... i have a question. i was told that weight watchers counts as history... so i have 4 months of it. all my weigh ins are hand written in..... ummm what are ya'lls thoughts on just completing the weigh ins myself??? my aunt told me to do it! she had to tell "white lies" to get approved so she said go for it! i need some more opinons!!!!

Yup! WW counts for UHC, they took mine.

Maybe others would disagree. but I say do it.

Its no worse than some people who put rocks in their pockets to when they go to be weighed to jack their BMI up
