I am a kidney transplant patient

I,m just wandering if any one out there has a similar condition. I was told all the meds I take will have to be ground up? Just wandering how long it is till you can actually swallow a pill?

I could swallow my pills broken in half at about 4 weeks. Some pills are still too big, I have to break them in half ( my calcium) before I swallow them. I have one capsule that is huge so I have sprinkle it in applesauce. My regular pills seizure, migraine, bladder stuff and prilosec I can swallow normally now at 3 months out.

I swallowed whole pills from the time I woke up. No one told me otherwise.
