  1. Maybe try going back to the gym, even if it's for a 30 min cardio session, will help you balance out your eating habits and you won't feel so guilty. Make that your new goal, simply 30 mins of exercise daily good luck to you!

  3. At first my sister criticized me, about 2 weeks after surgery she was calling me to help her find out if her insurance covered it. No one has the right to criticize your decision, no one walks in your shoes except you. Go for it!
  4. Thank you for your response, I will keep an eye in it, I'm not having issues with the bathroom either, but anything is possible.
  5. Has any one experienced pain in that area of the abdomen? Yesterday I drank very little water I think it might be the reason why I feel like this.
  6. I wore natural makeup, a little foundation, mascara and eyeliner no one had a problem with it, it was "natural" lol
  7. Weight day of surgery was 194.6 Today makes a month since my surg and I'm at 175, so 19 pounds for me in 4 weeks. Good luck to you!
  8. You can try blending your meats with some sort of root vegetable like squash, sweet potatoes, regular mashed potatoes or any other boiled root vegetable, you can do what Cubans call A mojito, basically get some garlic n sautéed it n put it on your purée after you blend it, sort of like a dressing, you're going to love it! Other things you can eat: guacamole, ricotta cheese, hummus, grits, eggs, just to name my favorites

  20. I used to drink before socially, I'm not worried about alcoholism, but that's a pretty interesting study.
  21. I'm on the purée stage too, some of my favorite things to eat are: humus, guacamole, tuna, mashed potatoes with sour cream, plain white yogurt, cottage/ricotta cheese, grits, eggs ect... As for getting too full, the best thing you can do I measure your food to avoid over eating.
  22. You and I both! Hahaha
