as for me, I don't use any frozen foods/entrees anymore...lots of sodium ...and probably carbs... but check with your doctor, that is really the best thing to do...

I haven't had any since my surgery but know I liked them in the past. Like BigGirlPanties said, they are full of sodium, sometimes high in fat, etc. They are portioned controlled which is nice.

Tnx guys I was just asking I don't like frozen stuff either I cook my own I am eating a lot of fish staying off the meat for a bit
