Just found out today that my surgery date is going to be February 4th! Totes psyched! Too bad it's such a long wait after my pre-op which was on the 6th of January.

My pre-op meeting with the surgeon is Feb 6th, and my surgery is scheduled for the 14th. I'm pretty nervous about the surgery, but the consequences of not getting it done are far greater. I'm told I need to start my pre-op diet a week before surgery.

Just dropping back in to see how everyone's doing as our time is fast approaching. I had to take a little time out and get focused...on me...no one else but me! I'm now happy to say I'm 110% in this, no doubts no fears!! Can't wait for the 17th to get here :-)

My date is Feb 12... Early Valentines day present to myself! I'm very nervous but also excited. Want to get this going! I started 2 week liquid diet today and I know it won't be easy(:

I am Shopping for pre op food this weekend, start on Tuesday the 4th with surgery on the 14th. Ready!!!!

Hello everyone! Just updating. I was suppose to have my last evaluation appointment Wednesday, BUT since the chaos with the snow (I live in Georgia), I had to reschedule my appointment twice! My wonderful sweet doctor, whom usually doesn't see patients on Friday, made a special exception and squeezed me in this morning. So this morning I submit my paperwork and keep my fingers, toes, & eyes crossed and hope for the best! So I'll be the late bloomer of the group :-)
