Protein anything makes me feel really bad! Is there any other way to get protein in, even the Protein Bars makes me nauseous. I know its important; but my goodness this stuff is horrible. I was sleeved on 12/2/13 I've lost 24lbs and the scale is now at a stand still SW 243lbs CW 219lbs. Ok what that had to do with protein. Bahaaaa... someone please help.

Have you tried whey Protein shots? There is 42 grams of Protein in 3.5 ounces of Fluid..they are sweet...not totally awesome, but fine to me. I bought mine at Walmart. They have different flavors.

Also, GNC has Isopure protein Fruit drinks...again, nt wonderful but good to me. There is 40 grams of protein in a bottle. I like the apple melon the best.

Depending on what stage you are in, you could put unflavored Protein in pudding, Jello, chili, juice, crystal light Water...the ideas are limitless. It can go in anything.

Go to Unjury.com. They sell the unflavored and also have flavors. They will also include ideas and the do's and don'ts of what to do with it. Good luck.

Hi - I have been going through the same thing myself - I am finding that making smoothies with Fage 0% yogurt helpful - has 28gm Protein per cup. Today I added 1/2 cup to an EAS shake with some frozen fruit, ice and a little SF sweetener 31 gm of Protein and made my whole day. I have also used the GNC Isopure drinks - since surgery I have had to dilute them a bit with Water and some of the flavors I can't tolerate.

Hang in there this will pass!

I am on soft to regular so I pretty much can have anything; but I know I'm not getting enough Protein in because of the little amount I can tolerate. I can't eat this in one setting. I use baby spoons for smaller bites.

I've seen unflavored Protein at Walmart at times and always at The Vitamin Shoppe. I haven't checke GNC for it, but that may be a good source, too.

I was sleeved on 12/3/13 so we are right next to each other. I tried so many Protein Shakes that I couldn't take, and that almost made be vomit because they were so disgusting! Somebody told me about muscle milk light the Cookies and creme and it's so good! The muscle milk light strawberry and bananas is also one of my favorites also! I hope this helps:-).

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
