  5. I can definitely understand. I've told some people, but most people don't understand or some are just ignorant and will say that the surgery was a "cop out" or we took the easy way out, and we all know this isn't easy at all. When people ask I say I eat a high protein diet, very low carbs and lots of water. It's all the truth:-).

  8. I was sleeved on 12/3/13 so we are right next to each other. I tried so many protein shakes that I couldn't take, and that almost made be vomit because they were so disgusting! Somebody told me about muscle milk light the cookies and creme and it's so good! The muscle milk light strawberry and bananas is also one of my favorites also! I hope this helps:-).
  9. I had my sleeve done on 12/3/13 and I am always freezinggg. I use to always be hot all the time and now I stay bundle up with a heater in room!
