I feel like I eat "a lot" at times too. I hope it is that I am just adjusting to my new small portions since I still serve everything in a 1/2 cup size bowl or very small plate and I am 10 months out.

I stayed within my protein/calorie goal this holiday weekend but felt like I was eating a lot. After reflecting, I think it wasn't really a quantity issue but more of an off-routine issue which made me feel less in control.
I asked my fiancé if he thought I was eating too much after we had dinner on Friday at his parents house. They had served lasagna which is not something I would've chosen at home. His response was, "I think you barely eat anything at all. If I had to eat what you eat, I think I'd die."
So even though I felt like maybe I was eating too much, I think maybe it was just that I'm so used to weighing and measuring my food and because I ate an unmeasured portion, I was getting scared that I was pigging out when in reality I wasn't. Had this happened to anyone else?
