First Day Of Pre-Op Diet

Today is my first day of the 2 week pre-op diet leading up to my surgery on December 12th in Puerto Vallarta. I had a chocolate unjury shake for Breakfast, baked fish and veggies for lunch and I'll have a strawberry Unjury shake for supper. And tons of Water of course but I always drink a lot of water.

I'm already quite hungry, but I'm still going strong. Lol. I'm open to any advice to help the 2 weeks a little easier. This is a revision (band to sleeve) surgery so I should be used to the pre-op diet but nothing prepares my tummy for the drop in calories. I hope everyone else is doing well on their diets.

HI there.

The first few days are the hardest - it will get easier soon! And you're so close to your date!!!!!!

Good luck to you.

After 3/4 days it'll be a piece a cake (without the cake)

Hi there-

sugar free Popsicles, sugar free Jello, 5 calorie cranberry juice. All were helpful to fill in the gaps.

As said before, it does get easier. Good luck to you!
