I'm nervous but getting excited! I'm more nervous about the iv needle I dislike that the most! I'll be up at 8 for sure because I have to find a way through the snow to get to the hospital! Keep us posted!

It looks like I'm on task for Feb, no date yet as I just met with surgeon today for the first time and got all the hoops I need to jump through first<br> My question: do you absolutely have to love your surgeon? I wasn't feeling my surgeon today, should I switch?? Help

You don't have to love your surgeon, but you want to feel confident with them and comfortable. I personally met with mine a second time to get a feel, and did a little more research. Our personalities were very different but he was considered one of the very best bariatric surgeons within the Northeast so I stuck with h and am so glad I didn't switch just because we were so different because my results have been amazing.
