December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log

At the suggestion of a fellow sleever (thanks DeezJeans) I'm starting a post-op success story thread. This can be a 'numbers' thread...when you do your weigh in's, you can post your pounds lost here, and we can keep a running total. We can use this thread JUST for pounds lost!

Looking forward to the thousands of pounds we WILL be losing!

Here's what we would like to do. Please send me a private message with your goal pounds lost. (Meaning, if your goal is to lose 150 pounds, just jot that down in a quick private message and send that to me.)

Then we will compile all the pounds from everyone who wants to participate, and post the full amount, and then work towards those goals with weekly updates. We will be recording those pounds lost AFTER surgery!

You will still post your pounds lost on this forum here so we can Celebrate all of your victories (and I will keep track of them on my trusty spreadsheet, and then report the weekly pounds lost)

If you have any questions, please let me know!

Keep those fabulous numbers coming...I'm going to make a goal for tomorrow to be up long enough to provide some stats...sorry, my recovery has taken a bit longer than I hoped... You all are doing GREAT!

Mmwin take care of yourself first! Don't worry about keeping up with the numbers until you are ready!

Hello everyone! My current numbers are:

HW: 290

CW: 268.4

Sleeved on December 2nd. I'm having a hard time getting all the protein, but that should change on puréed food this Thursday. I am getting in my water most days!

My goal is to lose about 70 pounds. Current weight 228 highest weight in my life around 280.

I started preop liq on 12/16/13 at 236.8. I have surgery 12/30/13. I'm now 230.4, woohoo. I'm happy:)

Good news everyone! I am back up long enough to sit at a computer and get everyone's numbers down on the spreadsheet. GREAT numbers coming so far...

If you have numbers to report POST-OP, please do so and I will get them added. I believe I have everyone down...just a few questions.

L-in-NJ - I have your weight loss so far, but I don't seem to have a record of how many pounds you would like to lose. I may have missed the post, so if you could just send that info to me, I would appreciate that.

keep those numbers coming!

By the way...I love, love, love the reporting formatting you all are using:

HW

SW

CW

This makes it super easy to track on the spreadsheet, so if everyone would be willing to report this way, it would be awesome!
