December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log

Recommended Posts

HW: 276

SW: 266

CR: 235

Sleeved on 12/21/13

Total lost 41 pounds.

I feel I should be loosing a little more weight. Any tips? Don't get me wrong I'm really happy with my weight lost so far heck I could've gained that but no it was lost. I know everyone is different. I stopped taking my Protein for like 5 days I just couldn't stomach another chocolate Premier Protein. I started the vanilla flavored one today and it's not bad so I'll be back on track with my daily protein intake. Congrats everyone on your progress!!!

I have noticed a bunch of new folks that have posted their pounds lost ion the past few days. For those of you who are posting for the first time, welcome to the group. If you are new, and did not post how many pounds you want to lose in this process, please either post it here, or send it to me in a PM so I can get your numbers on the spreadsheet.

I'm stalled this week...exactly the same weight as last week.

I'll post our numbers tomorrow.

It will Shell, mine was 2 wks and when it moved, it went up 4 lbs. So, as I wrote to everyone, make sure ur not constipated, I was. Sry if I'm being too personal , but if ur not regular, try some m.o.m. it worked for me and I've lost the gain and then some. Hope it helps but like u said, it'll pass one way or the other. God bless You and ur patience.

At 9:00 tomorrow morning, I'll be heading in to surgery for my Hip Replacement. Not thrilled to be back in the hospital but am so excited to get rid of this ever-present pain. I'm excited for the opportunity to finally exercise and perhaps even see the scale move a little faster. It was my need for a new hip that led me to the VSG in the first place. Funny how one thought or action can lead to another.

Keep up the great work everyone and I'll look forward to seeing your successes continue. Blessings to you all.

Sally

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
