3 day stall already at 21 days out?

Did anyone else have any stalls around 3 weeks? For the past 3 days I have not lost 1 pound. I am following directions with walking daily to a T. Getting frustrated.

Yes i have been in a stall for 2 weeks.. :( and im 5 weeks post op. I was sad but when i look a the difference in the pics i feel better. Dont get fustrated. It happens to all of us.

The Week 3 stall is legendary. Mine lasted a couple of weeks. Don't be discouraged though. Just keep following your program while your body adapts to all the changes and it will reward you by shedding pounds. Take good care of yourself!

I had 3 week stall, like majority of people. Your body says " what the heck" and going on strike :) I am slow loser and I stall every other week for a week. Everybody is different, but remember that this too, shall pass. You'll start losing again!

I understand how you feel I stalled going in to week 3 I have not lost anything in 8 days. At first I was ok I knew I would stall at some time but now I am getting depressed about it. My energy level is bad and not losing any weight does not happen ready for a change!

I was the same way. I knew there would be stalls, but I wasn't emotionally prepared to look at the scale and see the same number for 4-7 days straight! It is REALLY hard, but it will pass :) A lot of people have experienced a bigger loss in inches during weight stalls...so there is a silver lining :) Keep doing what you're doing...this too shall pass.

Uggggghhhh!!!

I am still stalling.

God grant me patience please!

So what do you consider a stall? Just curious.

I think it depends on the person & their personal progress so far....I personally used to consider a stall to be no weight loss in 3+ days because I typically saw the number on the scale dropping on a daily basis. However, as I get further out, it is common for me to notice weight loss every 2-4 days... so now I consider a stall 1 week without loss.

Its normal I have been almost 3 weeks Sunday will be 3 weeks on the same weigth :(

But with the support im recieving here from people that are bypass success im starting to learn that its a process and we have to be patience and follow the doctors diet :) the stall will go away when our body consider its time to start loosing again.
