Just an observation- Governer Christie

Watching the news coverage of Hurricane Sandy today I noticed that Governer Christie had not lost all that much weight. He had the lap band in Feb 2013. No judgement here. Just something I noticed

Wow. That must a tough choice for a chef

Wow. That must a tough choice for a chef

As a cook, I have to say that from my own experience yes, it is a really hard choice. Good for him for doing it!

Christies doctor?

George fielding..

Who does he work for and with?

Why Allergan of course the makers of the band!

I guess with their new big name Chris Christy it seemed like a good time to let this rip...

New Allergan Lap-Band commercial

April 10, 2013

Allergan has a new commercial featuring George Fielding MD. Dr. Fielding is an expert New York Bariatric surgeon.

Follow the money. He's a politician...

On a similar note.....check out Master Chefs Graham Eliot He had VSG this summer and is have such great success!

I didn't realize he had had the surgery but just did a quick search and he said that he chose the sleeve because as a chef, he needs to be able to taste everything and there were ingredients that would make you "sick" with the other procedures and he didn't want to worry about that. Guess "sick" is a nice way to say dumping issues!

I noticed the same thing this morning while watching the Today Show.
