Horrible aching in my belly

All of a sudden I just got this bad aching/cramping feeling in my belly, under my breasts. It's all way across, left to right. I only had soup and some crackers for lunch, about an hour ago. I had the same soup yesterday and I was fine with it. Anyone know what might be causing it?

Did you take actigal after surgery to prevent gallstones?

No...I have no clue what that even is lol

If u still have gall bladder, my surgeon puts all his patients on actigal for six months 2 times a day to prevent gallstones.

I think it might've been gas. Or maybe a cracker piece moving through my passages that wasn't chewed enough.
