because the strands are so long. I was so sick of hair EVERYWHERE I chopped it into a A-Line Bob. I know its not gonna slow the process down but it ain't gonna be as much hair. Plus ponytail and weak hair roots make things even worse.

New body.. new hair.. and a whole new tude to go with it. LOL

Short Hair... #SummertimeSwag

I'm pre-op but have been on other diets that caused hair shedding. My hair was the length that yours is after the cut, now my hair is a pixie cut due to shedding and peri-menopause (something that you won't need to think about for a bit ;) ) so I chopped. I'm not missing my locks either.

Don't worry, your hair will start growing back by 8 months. Congrats on the weight loss!

I'm 6 1/2 months post op and started losing my hair about two months post op. Today was the first time there was no hair in the drain. I hope this means this hair shedding is coming to an end.

Hair, skin, & nails is an awesome vitamin! My mom has been taking it since her surgery (4 years ago) and it's really helped. After having my son my hair was falling out by the handful. She gave me a bottle... I've been taking it almost 4 years myself and nails look good. Hair has stopped falling out... I missed a couple months of taking it... Hair fell out like crazy and nails peeled really bad.

I was taking those prior to surgery. That brand is awesome and it really works! I stopped taking them once I had surgery and started taking sublingual Biotin along with my other chewable and sublingual Vitamins required.

I recently started taking pill form vitamins (6 months post op). Now that I know I can tolerate the Vitamin pills I will pick up Hair Skin & Nails the next time I go to costco.
