Hope your feeling better. I pushed fluids. Rested' date=' worked around the house, repeat. I feel better. Tomorrows a new day. Get plenty of rest.[/quote']

Thanks! Feeling a little better tonight. Just decided to eat a bit and stay hydrated. Starting to get rid of the funk... it has to just be a phase.

I saw some of yall posted about being unmotivated... I'm having the same issue. I don't want to do anything, cook, clean, shop, shower, work. I work from home and I find I'm just not working. My boss has noticed and said I may need to talk to the short term disability people if this is a medical thing. I don't want to do that, but I don't know what's going on. I'm already on Prozac from before the surgery...

:( i know its got to be a phase but im sooo over it too....i feel like im trapped in my house ...im a stay at home mom of a 2 yr old active girl i dont have the energy to keep up with her im afraid to take her outside cuz if she runs to the road i cant run fast then if she throws a temper tantrum coming inside which happens at least 2 out if 5 times she goes out im afraid she will hurt my stomach on accident and i still have an open incision....i havent driven yet cause i haven't felt good.enough to and what if i get sick out by myself with her....so ive stayed home unless my husband is home and mainly just to.go.to.drs appts ....yesterday my husband who is a corrections officer got stuck at work and was gone all day 730am-130am and i cried all day :(

When will this phase end? ?? :(

Hope we all feel better soon ..on the positive side im down 30lbs today! !

My husband is also a corrections officer so I know how that goes. I'm not getting sick other than I have the runs all the time sorry tmi. No matter what I eat it goes right through me. I'm down 25lbs now. Just got past a stall. I'm just so unmotivated and don't know how to move past it...

You don't want this.... I promise. Every few hours I spend 30 min to an hour on the toilet... usually right when I wake up it starts... sometimes it wakes me up at night.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
