They are higher but it's all in moderation. If your diet is similar to mine which is very dismal this is about the only thing I have with noted levels of salt.

My surgery was 2/13/13 and beef jerky is one of my go to snacks to up my daily protein. My nut approved it as long as I can tolerate it!

Jack Links is the brand we really like!

I too use jack links turkey jerky. Its something good to grab when in a hurry. Great protein!!!
