Congrats! So glad they approve you :) I just finish reading your debt post but this one is better.

CONGRATS! and you will be fine! It is scary, I know but you will have a better life with them. I found the more I researched the better I was so I knew just what to expect. We are all here for you so ask away and let us know when you need support!

Hi I just got approved too!! We can do this, it may be a long journey but I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!! I'm Sooo nervous but very excited to begin a new and healthy life!!

I also have fear because I have two little ones and excitement for all of the things we will be able to do together this summer that we haven't been able to before. My surgeon told me the risk levels are now almost equal to gallbladder removal or a appendectomy. That gave me a lot of comfort.

Congrats!!

Congratulations on the approval! I'm still preop so I can't offer experienced advice, but I can share how I feel about it. I get nervous too. I have four children, the youngest 9 months. I'm not a single mom, but I still get scared about what they'd have to go through without a mother. But the fact is that they're going to get a much, much better mom out of the deal. I'm going to be able to play with them, experience life with them, teach them about living healthy, etc. I can't do those things without this surgery. I really believe my whole family will be better for it.

Everything will workout for your good... God would not allow you too come this far just for you to allow that door too close... I can't wait till I can put up a post saying I'm approved

I was so afraid as well I even wrote letters to everyone in my. Family incase I died. Crazy I know:) I am three months out now and so glad I was even able to run with my five year old today and he was so happy and told everyone how I ran with him. You can do this! Sending good vibes :)
