What ya eating tonight?

I had a small sweet potato, with a tablespoon of i cant believe its butter,

And i boiled a boneless skinless chicken breast. With salt and pepper, curry, garlic powder and some soul food seasoning. After it cooked i put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the side so the bites of chicken wouldnt be to dry,

All was good, filled up quick even tho i was slow eating

This is my version of a pizza I made tonight. I made it out of 1/4 of a flatout flat bread and colby jack cheese (weight watchers) and some ham, and just a tiny bit of ketchup and sun dried tomatoes.

Oh, and it was a low sugar ketchup

Taco soup on a miserably cold evening. I used to feel like I was starving if I had soup for a meal, now it's my favorite meal.

Just yogurt for a light meal tonite. My gallbladder's coming out tomorrow. I'm glad. It's been like living w/a psycho you-know-what. You know she's going to hurt you but you never know when or how bad. Lol

Turkey curry. Sadly it still tastes like turkey.

Lobster! It was frozen but whole, I steamed it and it was yummy!

How do you make this? Suppose I could look for a recipe online too. Sounds so good!

From taste of home. I use 1lb turkey instead of 2 lbs beef, a glob is sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Warm and extremely filling.

This sounds so good. What do you put in it? Is it low carb:)

you could easily leave out the corn so it's essentially the carbs from the beans (and there's a hunch of beans!!!)

Pineapple, coconut, spirulina, protein smoothie. Very good. I tried switching my meals around to having the heaviest in the morning and lightest at night. We'll see if it makes any difference.

Spaghetti and meatballs! Except spaghetti was spaghetti squash and meatballs were made with ground turkey :-). Curbed the craving!
