I had a about an oz of Protein spaghetti noodles (which weren't bad) and some meat sauce. Was yummy!! First time I tried a real carb since surgery! Lol!

I have a question, what types of carbs are you eating? I have read some people are able to have some bread with a burger or tortillas, or even a little Pasta. I am just trying to see what other carbs people are eating.

How far out are you? I'm 2 months out tomorrow and I haven't tried any carbs like bread rice pasta chips crackers etc ...but I did buy tonight the flat out tortillas which have 9g of protein in them and I think 17 g carbs but I'm scared to try but am dying to try and make a pizza on one tomorrow lol

I just bought some low fat whole grain flat bread rounds at coercion.had 1/4 of one with some ground sirloin. I've been eating quinoa cause it has Protein and is a complex carb. I'm frankly scared to try any Pasta, rice, etc for fear of dumping or not losing. Other than that carbs are coming from fruit and Beans. I just ordered some miracle noodles...they get mixed reviews, so we'll see!

They're made from a fibrous indigestible yam...they have no carbs and no calories. Really. Google them...I'm reserving judgement. Reviews range from raves to god-awful. They're also pretty expensive. $2.50 for about 7 oz. We'll see!

I had a Smart Ones Roast Turkey with gravy & mashed potatoes. The turkey was good and soft. Ate a few bites of 'tatoes' date=' but they were bland and I was already full from the turkey. Not bad though for microwave food on the cheap. Plus I get 2 meals out of it ;)[/quote']

How do you save the other portion? Seeing that it was previously frozen.

Cooked previously frozen foods CAN be refrozen. Raw previously frozen foods cannot.

I had cream of broccoli Soup for lunch and dinner. Couldn't make myself eat anything else. I drank a muscle milk shake but it tasted horrible just like every other Protein Shake I try.

Have you tried Atkins shakes? I like them - no weird taste. Had one for Breakfast this morning.

I like broccoli cheese soup. It's thick and flavorful. It's also one of the few things I can add unflavored Protein to without me noticing it (probably all in my head). I'm having trouble meeting Fluid and protein requirements - with soup I can get the best of both worlds.

At least that is my understanding. Any real chefs want to weigh in on that?

I think that you could refrigerate the leftovers of the Weight Watchers meals until the next day or so very easily. I probably wouldn't refreeze them, but that's just me.

I love the Atkins Advantage Protein shakes! Especially the mocha latte! It tastes like coffee. Give them a try. :-)

I had watermelon yesterday. Made my pouch sore. Ugh. So for a while, I'm on yogurt. I LOVE Danon Light & fit greek blends in toasted coconut vanilla. 80 calories, 0 fat, 7 sugars, 9 carbs, 12 Protein. What's not to love?

I take those and use the perfect tortilla bowl things that you bake in the oven. Then I put my chili and such in them. I rip the sides off and use them to dip the stuff out. I usually throw the rest of the bowl away.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
