You do what's right for you' date=' I don't touch. the stuff and never will...ps sucralose is not the bad one Aspartame and Asculefame are poison. Why would you go through this type surgery and then eat poison? Did you know that there are 92 side effects of Aspartame one is death?

Are you conflicted about that? Sorry I'm sure i will either piss you off or someone else that reads it. I am politically direct not politically correct.. I just don't understand[/quote']

The SF popsicle brand is pretty ok. But I have been eating reg. popsicles because it foesnt seem to hurt anything.

I ate 2 oz of tilapia and a few briccoli crowns...then I decided to take 1 bite of KFC mashed potatoes & gravy. Well..my tummy didn't like something about that. I immediately felt like something was stuck on my throat and felt like vomiting. Ugh. That was the first time I have felt sick. I didn't eat fast...maybe too much?

OMG everything is sounding soooooo good. I'm sitting here drinking a double chocolate Protein Shake. You all are making me hungry for real food. I'll get over it though. Enjoy.

You definitely haven't pissed me off lol I like k owing the truth about what's in the stuff i put into my body. It's just my nutritionist recommends so many artificially sweetened things it's confusing. And sometimes I want something that tastes sweet. What do you do to satisfy a sweet craving or do you not crave sweet at all??

I do crave sweet too. .. I am satisfied with a "Oh yeah" Protein Bar or a vegan oatmeal cookie these all have sugar but only like 4-6 grams and really biv only need one or two bites and I'm good.

My nemesis was chocolate, I always ate very healthy made good choices but had a weakness for chocolate. .I look for natural sugar or organic sugar in my sweets. For popsicle I eat a brand by fresh and easy that has low sugar or I buy "so delicious" soy almond milk mini ice cream sandwich. I spend a little more $$ for these brands. Then I don't eat them often.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
