My doct told me to eat a small salad and a 4 ounce Protein if I got dizzy or light headed

No, my Surgery was on the 18 th

Beckyzaz im doing well thank you, made Christmas dinner for my Family, went shopping driving, except not lifting or Stretching kids helping me!!

Sorry for the long delay. I'm doing well! Going back to work tomorrow. How are things going? Lost much yet?

Weight loss only 11lbs but I'm happy it's better then gaining! Eating is hard, at this time no pepper or sweet potato it make me ill at this time. How are you doing in your weight loss? I hope better then me . Good luck at work.

I starting losing right away and dropped 17 FAST. But it has creeped up again and now I'm at a total of 14. I haven't been cleared to exercise yet, so I'm hoping that will get me into a more predictable losing pattern. To this point all I have done is walk with my doggies and just be active in daily life. I think getting back to work will help me get into a routine again, which I am looking forward to. Have a good week!
