  1. I starting losing right away and dropped 17 FAST. But it has creeped up again and now I'm at a total of 14. I haven't been cleared to exercise yet, so I'm hoping that will get me into a more predictable losing pattern. To this point all I have done is walk with my doggies and just be active in daily life. I think getting back to work will help me get into a routine again, which I am looking forward to. Have a good week!
  2. Sorry for the long delay. I'm doing well! Going back to work tomorrow. How are things going? Lost much yet?

  4. Hello all. I am new here, just had surgery on Dec. 18, 2012. I am in the San Francisco Bay area, but don't necessarily need a buddy that is nearby. I would LOVE to find someone that has recently had surgery too so we can talk and compare notes. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
  5. When was your surgery? Mine was Dec 18.
  6. I had my surgery on Dec 18 too. How are you doing?
