Anyone drink more when it's warm liquid? I think I can drink more if its hot or warm drinks. Lol.

I have noticed that I drink more water when it is room temperature. Cold water doesn't bother me, but I like room temperature water better.

I don't know why my husband bought me a nice outfit in a size 3x. What is he trying to say. Maybe he hasn't noticed I lost 54 pounds. He brought it from a street vender on his way in off the road so it can't be returned. Wow

Lol I just asked about the term NSV on my fitness pal I didn't know what it meant either. Congrats on the pants it is a wonderful feeling when my 24s looked terrible and wouldn't stay up I went shopping too to my amazement I went to a 18 and then a week later I wish I would have tried the 16 so I put on a belt and today when I put them on ...I think I'm ready for a new pair again I def love the NSVs cause the scale hasn't been giving me much love. On another note does anyone know how many mcg of biotin you are supposed to take daily to help with hair loss?

I don't know, I've told Dr that I take 10,000mcg

I do have to say with the most painful surgery I've had to date' date=' that's those of you with husbands who take care of you are so blessed. My husband is a selfish a@@ but I wished he were taking care of me right now. Being sick and lonely has to be the worse combination :'-( I didn't even want him here w RNY, but do now.

It's definitely hard to be alone when you're sick. But you don't need that loser to make things worse! You are strong and you can get through this all by yourself ( but don't forget we're here for you Gen) (((hugs)))

Oh man I screwed up and boy am I paying for it. I ate a small bowl of 1/2 fat 1/2 sugar byers ice cream. My stomach is banging at me. Not sure if I will throw up or not. But it's pissed at me right now and I keep burping. I sure don't want to throw up. Bet I throw the rest of the ice cream away. " I am so sorry pouch forgive me" owww it hurts

Warrant for pouch abuse has been issued..... Punishment----pain! Lesson learned? I got really sick from cottage cheese which I use to love....now just thinking about it makes me ill. Hope it didn't last too long! Glad you are doing well otherwise!
