  1. Nice, long power walk with a friend. It feels so good to walk for about an hour and a half and end up drenching in sweat!
  2. 5 mile walk with lunges along the way
  3. Feeling so much better. For now will just avoid pineapple all together.
  4. Just updating my weight. It's been awhile. I was 258 at surgery time. I am 171 today! Yippie! I feel so great and I'm able to do so much of the activities I enjoy... Hiking, basketball, paddling, volleyball!
  5. I don't see anything wrong with having a drink or two once in awhile. I like a top shelf vodka on ice with a lime. I've also had a glass of wine here and there. I always drink lots of water. Have fun. I would avoid mixers... They can be loaded with sugars.
  6. Glad you are feeling better. Here's to a fast recovery.
  7. Thought some cold pineapple on a hot day would be refreshing... Not so much. Worst cramping, dumping since surgery. It's crazy what our pouches decide they like and don't like. So far pineapple and cabbage have been the two things that really tore me up. Ouch... Go away tummy cramps!
  8. Any news on this? I. Know Bariatic Advantage offers some of bees meals. I haven't used them yet, but I think once school starts back (I am a teacher), Hesse would be great for lunches. Good luck. Keep us posted.
  9. All this crazy gain has really dampened my exercise routine! However, so grateful to have found a gym that I can use
  10. Welcome, Mary. How has everything one for you?
  11. Unjury chocolate splendor. Mix with skim milk or almond milk. Yum.
  12. I'm a big fan of unjury chocolate splendor. I have a shake every morning with skim milk. Sometimes I skip lunch and do another shake. I find this really helps when I hit a stall in my weight lose. I have the cheese flavor, but haven't used much of it. I put it on sans every now and then. I like the unflavored, too. I add that to all sorts of things to get extra Protein.
  13. Congrats on your date! You can do it! I had to do a liquid diet for 2 weeks pre op. I never thought I could do that, but I didn't cheat once... And I lost 20 lbs! Keep it up! I Ali found I went to bed very early to avoid the night cravings. Good luck. Keep us posted!
  14. Color Run this weekend!
  15. Okay DL... I realize you get tons of requests for this list, but I need another, too, please! The email I got previously from you did not have an attachment. Thanks, DL! Hannahmoody25@gmail.com
  16. Grilled chicken on top of my own garden grown lettuce
  17. Played basketball in a staff vrs. Students game. Lots of fun and lots of sweat! Lawd, its hard keeping up with middle schoolers!
  18. I went back to work 2 weeks after surgery. I was tired that first week back, but I felt fine from surgery. I am a middle school teacher. I had my surgery done over Christmas break. I only took 2 days off of work before break, then had all of break to recover. I had planned some light activities that first week back... No labs or anything that I would have to be on my feet for the whole day. I really felt fine. Good Luck!
  19. You look fantastic. I loved the video. What a transformation. Congrats. Your hard work is certainly paying off!
  20. Good Luck, SkyLily, I am praying for a much more successful... And un eventful surgery with the RNY.
  21. Walked the neighborhood, about 3 miles.
  22. Protein shake... Just because I don't feel like cooking and I am not hungry, but want o get in my protein.
