  3. Just checking in... How are things going? No matter how you have slipped, you can always start taking steps to get to where you want to be. You can do I!
  4. My parents sent me an outfit for Mother's Day. The pans were size 14. I was thinking, I'm getting there, but I'm not there yet. I tried them on and they fit!! A little snug, but not camel toe tight! I can wear them. Yeah!
  5. I have cravings, too, and am searching for natural ways to cure the sweet tooth. SugarFree is great to satisfy a craving, but remember the sugar is relaxed by chemicals that aren't good for you either. With that said, I admit I have a box of sf Popsicles in the freezer for a treat every now and then. Fresh strawberries are sweet right now, so that's working.
  6. Baked chicken, rosemary, lemon and a couple of fresh strawberries

  9. Yup, its me in the picture! No more double chin! I have had no regrets with surgery. I feel great and have been more active than I have been in years. I feel like I have regained a part of my life back. I joined a kickball league, play beach volleyball a couple nights a week, shake my booty with Zumba, and am hiking often. I'm getting ready for a week long backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail. Gen, you are looking great. I'm so glad you have met a wonderful man. You deserve it! I went on a date a couple weeks ago. It was so fun! I still can't believe, sometimes, the new me! Loving it. I like making little goals in my progress. Getting below 200 was a big accomplishment. Dropping to a size 14 feels great. Having to buy underwear because mine were literally falling off as I was walking... Awesome! I hope everyone has an amazing day!
  10. Just checking in on all the single folks! I'm still single, but I did go on a date a few weeks ago. It was so fun getting ready and having the excited, nervous feeling of a first date. I had a great night. Hears to all us single folks... May love find us all!
  11. Hi December Peeps! Everyone seems like they are doing great. I'm down 65 pounds. My date was 12/20/12. I feel great. My weight is coming off slow and steady. I loose about 1 to 3 pounds a week.
