Nope, didn't mean to be an exhibitionist that time... I still got reminded of that when we were graduating high school. Just somehow totally forgot to put it on. LOL.

Don't forget Marie I started off a full 140 lbs heavier. There is more of me that excercises. I don't know but I am sure it gets harder the closer to goal weight. It won't all be this easy for me.

OK, Teresa, someone check and make sure she has her clothes on.

Hey I go au naturale in the hot tub too. The only way to go. I love the bubbles. WHOO HOO!! Ok it's a cheap thrill. I admit it.

Breakfast @ 6a: Protein bar, cup of cafe vienna

Brunch@ 10a: Egg omelette with cheese, one piece of white toast with grape jelly, 2 watermelon pieces cubed, ice tea

Supper: Turkey one 1/4 inch small slice, 6 bites of mashed potatoes, two bites of a biscuit with honey butter, ice tea

For a snack today I had a Starbucks Mocha Frap, Grande No whip cream. I know I know I was bad. But it tasted so good.

Exercise: 45 min power walk (2.5 miles); 10 min weight training; 20 min Ab Pilates; 30 min Water aerobics

I feel it too.

Water: Not so good. Gotta step that up some

Good Deed: Hmm still working on that one some. I gave a dollar tip to the drive thru person at Starbucks. Does that count?

Chris brought home some Construction Crud (cold, cough, etc.) and I shoulda stayed away from him, but nooooooooooo, I got the bug now. Damn, I was sick in May during my banding.

Yesterday I was almost really good... then this huge ice cream cone fell in my mouth. I wish they'd stop inventing new junk foods cuz this was a whopper of a good one. But the scale was down this morning... Damn Teresa, you GO girl with your skinny ol' self!

Yesterday

B: 1/2 Protein shake (blender blew up and 1/2 went flying everywhere.)

L: 2/3 chicken breast, 1 cup popcorn

D: bowl of chili & cheese... but I stopped at one bowl!

King size Cherry Bomb coated in dark choco chunks - D'OHHHH!

Today:

Decaf w/ cream & real sugar

B: skipping Protein Drink cuz it's Friday (don't ask how that works cuz I don't know)

Well... today was feeling like a big ole lazy lump! I finally convinced myself to do a half an hour of toning exercises ... and made it 7 minuted on the stepper instead of 2...lol. Saturday and Sunday we will be up at our shack where my bike is... so plan on riding for an hour each day that we are there. That gives me a break from the boring ole treadmill! I've been doing so so with eating... definitely need that fill next Friday but not eating anywhere close to the amounts I ate pre-banding. My food choices are much healthier ones as well. Chugging Water as usual.

Lisa... WTG on the weight-loss!!!! Keep it up girl! Sorry you have the crud *handing you a bowl of chicken soup* Hey... I wanted to ask you... how do you like the Total Gym???? I am searching high and low for a used home gym and am trying to decide if I want the traditional type or something like that.

Teresa... you are just kicking butt with your weight-loss! I think it is time for a new avatar! Also... I have two swimsuits that are in excellent condition... I'd be happy to send them if you would like? They are really pretty and have probably been worn all of once or twice. I think they are size 22/24.

Penni... Where are the spandex pics????? I went to your website and didn't see them there... is there a post that I can't find???? I am anxious to see you clad in leopard skin attire! You are going to be one tough buffed babe if you keep all of that exercising up!

Marie... I think Lance better watch out for you in the next Tour de France!

Betty... How's it going???

Where's Michelle???????

Okay... off to make myself useful... or take a nap. :)

Have a good weekend everyone!

Darcy

Boudain - It's a wonderful Cajun sausage, stuffed w/rice and spicey.

Hey, is it just me or have you been extremely sleepy the last couple of days? I'm ashamed to admit it, but I took a nap both days. Probably because I'm not eating enough to "sustain" myself. (NOT!)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
