Can't Get All My Protein In

My surgeon said I need to have no less than 80 grams of Protein per day.

Problem is I'm rarely home because of work and school so I just can't seem to get the 80 grams in. There's just not enough time in the day!!!

I drink a 30g Protein shake every morning. I was taking nuts to school with me but my surgeon said they're too fatty and to stop :/ I'd really prefer to not have to bring a cooler with me everywhere I go.

    Have you tried the cheese? I was thinking about ordering some? I had the chicken Soup tonight and it was pretty good.
