I immediately beat myself up and asked myself How Did I allow myself to Get this out of control)-:...it Kinda brought my spirits down. I was 211 felt like a fat cow. Knocking things down at the shopping stores. After surgery I came out less then one month more more in the 200's I was 197 then from there I kept going down. Look I'm 139 almost 5 months post up & size 7 I feel great. Nothing is impossible. Take me for example & many other ladies here bigger then I was or same weight just about. We all did it.

Thank you PaulB for your encouragement! I am so ready for this life changing event. I Want to be healthy for me and my kids. I Want to live and be happy with me and what I see and right now I am not. Soon it will Get Better and I will look back and Say, what was I worried about! I Did it and I love me and what I see. (-: Again, Thank you!!
